TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer
   1.1. The #IMREAL Beauty Squad is organized by Sothys Malaysia under Societe Francaise de Cosmetiques Sdn Bhd (Company No. 223041-P) known as "The Organizer".  "The Organizer" reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.
2. Campaign Duration
   2.1 The campaign commence on 13 June 2024 until 15 July 2024, a period of 1 month. 
   

#IMREAL CAMPAIGN 

SPECIFIC TERMS

1. The participants must reside within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.
2. The participants must willing to travel to locations set by "The Organizer" for the purpose of this campaign during the campaign period.
3. This is a non-monetary campaign. Participants will receive sponsored products inclusive Skin Scope analysis. 
   
   

Participants Eligibility:

1. The Campaign is open to all that resides within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor who are eighteen (18) years old and above.
2. Participants must own at least one social media account on either Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other similiar platform ("Social Media Account").
3. The Social Media Account must:
   • Have a minimum of 500 genuine followers.
   • Have a public profile setting.
   • Must be your own main account.
   • Not be a shared account (Participant must be the sole owner of the participating Social Media Account).

1. All participants are required to adhere to "The Organizer" terms and conditions.
2. Participants must sign an agreement with "The Organizer" granting her/his consent/permission for the documentation and broadcasting of the entire process across various social media platforms chosen by "the Organizer".
3. The consent form also grants "The Organizer" the rights to use participants' before and after photos.
4. All participants are required to produce and to publish content on social media, adhering to "The Organizer" requirements during campaign period. 

By responding our request to use your content in this campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content including but not limited, to text, photos, videos, etc., posted by you on social media (“User Content”), where you have registered under our campaign.
2. You grant  Societe Francaise de Cosmetiques Sdn Bhd, the rightful trademark owner of the Brand, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for marketing and/or advertising purposes globally. This includes use on the "Organizer" official websites worldwide. The "Organizer" may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, modify, alter, and/or edit your content as it sees fit, subject to relevant laws and regulations.
3. You own all rights, including intellectual property rights, to your content.
4. You have obtained permission from anyone appearing in your content to grant these rights.
5. The "Organizer" use of your content will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws.
   
6. You waive any moral rights related to your content. You release "Organizer" and its related entities from any obligation to compensate you for using your content and any intellectual property rights contained therein. Additionally, you agree to hold the "Organizer" and its representatives harmless from any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising from the use of your content as described above.

1. Pre-Campaign Withdrawal: Participant wishes to withdraw after selection and confirmation, they must notify "Organizer" at least 7 days before the campaign's start date, 13th June 2024.
2. Post-Campaign Commencement: Once the campaign begins, participants are not permitted to withdraw.
3. Any participant loses interest after the campaign starts, they must return all products to "Organizer" (Sothys Malaysia) at their own expense. All products must be well kept in its original boxes. Shall the participant have begun using the products, the participant is responsible to reimburse the "Organizer" the full amount of the products.

1. Mandatory Attendance: Participants must adhere to all dates set by Sothys, with no option for rescheduling.
2. Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a session as scheduled may result in "The Organizer" terminating the participation.

PROHIBITED CONTENTS

Below is a partial list of content that is illegal or prohibited to be posted in connection with this campaign. Posting any of this content by the Participant may, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, result in termination of participation and disqualification. Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including removing the offending communication and reporting violators to the appropriate legal authorities.

*Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content which, in the Organizer’s sole judgment:*

1. Offensive Content: Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
2. Offensive Ingredients: Inclusion of ingredients offensive to other religious practices and/or competitive products that appear in the photographs.
3. Harassment: Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
4. Spam: Involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other unsolicited mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication.
5. False Information: Includes any information that the Participant knows is false or misleading, promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, or is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
6. Copyright Violations: Constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work, including pirated computer programs, links to them, or information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copy-protection devices, as well as pirated music or links to pirated music files.
7. Obscene Material: Displays obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material of any kind.
8. Exploitative Material: Includes material that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner.
9. Instructional Content: Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
